HyFly presents VTOL Cargo Drone during NATO exercise REPMUS25

From 8 to 12 September, HyFly proudly participated in REPMUS25 (Robotic Experimentation and Prototyping with Maritime Unmanned Systems). This annual large-scale exercise, organized by NATO in close cooperation with the Portuguese Navy, brings international partners together to demonstrate innovative unmanned systems.

In Troia, Portugal, HyFly presented the new VTOL Cargo Drone, showcasing its great potential for maritime logistics. The aircraft flew successfully during the exercise, underlining our ambition to strengthen the logistical capabilities of maritime operations.

Earlier this summer, HyFly faced a setback when an aircraft was lost. This made it all the more valuable that, within a short time, we were able to participate with a new aircraft. With this successful demonstration, HyFly takes the next step toward delivering reliable, sustainable, and efficient solutions for maritime operations.

Our participation was made possible thanks to the strong collaboration with the Royal Netherlands Navy and the Netherlands Aerospace Centre (NLR). And the recovery would not have been possible without the contribution of our Autopilot supplier Embention. Together, we contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance maritime operational capability.
